** For each new shipper you will receive (1) one free conference admission for both the shipper and the sponsor.
*Social event selection will be approved through an RFP process reviewed by the HPCLC Board.

** What is HPCLC Diamond and Platinum Rapid Fire Networking Event and How it works:
To be held during the day on Monday, October 20, 2025 in the afternoon.
- Eligible sponsors will submit 3 preferred board member companies to meet with during the 3, 20-minute rapid fire networking rounds. (Eligible sponsors provide 2 more backup board companies to meet with to support scheduling.)
- Based on total number of eligible sponsors HPCLC will build a schedule based on three, 20-minute speed dating rounds with a chosen sponsor and board company.
- No more than 3 Sponsor Company representatives.
- Each round will be timed and laid out for the day starting at approximately 3:00pm Monday.
- PLEASE NOTE: Overall set up of rounds are subject to change based on total participants available.
- Final schedule including event details will be shared prior to the event.
