Want to bring a new shipper to conference? You are invited to bring a shipper (pharma or personal care) who has not previously attended a HPCLC conference.
* Shipper validation/pre-approval by HPCLC board.

** For each new shipper you will receive (1) one free conference admission for both the shipper and the sponsor.

Company name/logo listed on the HPCLC website, agenda, conference mobile app, conference sponsor slides, social media, live streaming (if available) etc., Company name/logo will be displayed on conference signage.
Recognition from HPCLC Speakers, and Board throughout the conference.
Sponsorship Circle acknowledged on Conference Name Badge.
"Exclusive Diamond and Platinum Rapid Fire Networking" Event w/Board in the mid-late afternoon on Monday.
Sponsor Opportunity of Tuesday Night Social Event.
*Diamond Sponsorship does not automatically assign you to host the social event.

*Social event selection will be approved through an RFP process reviewed by the HPCLC Board.

(1) 20-minute session w/direct access to the entire HPCLC Board prior to the start of the conference. This session will be customized to meet the desires of the sponsor and will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 beginning in the morning around 9:00am, final times will be shared closer to the event.

Please contact Nicole Meehling or Rachel DiFabrizio for HPCLC sponsorship questions or more details. Sponsorship is first come first served based on when your agreement is completed. Spots are limited so don’t delay.

** What is HPCLC Diamond and Platinum Rapid Fire Networking Event and How it works:

To be held during the day on Monday, March 16, 2026, in the afternoon.

  • Eligible sponsors will submit 3 preferred board member companies to meet with during the 3, 20-minute rapid fire networking rounds.  (Eligible sponsors provide 2 more backup board companies to meet with to support scheduling.)
  • Based on total number of eligible sponsors HPCLC will build a schedule based on three, 20-minute rapid fire rounds with a chosen sponsor and board company.
  • No more than 3 Sponsor Company representatives.
  • Each round will be timed and laid out for the day starting at approximately 3:00pm Monday.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Overall set up of rounds are subject to change based on total participants available. 
  • A final schedule including event details will be shared prior to the event.
